Cam and the Nautilus Team
Cam founded Nautilus in 2004 wanting to build a business that put client’s needs first after many years working for international advice firms. From decades helping to build successful businesses, Cam knows that the people leading and working in them are the most important asset.
Cam helps people and businesses to achieve financial growth with just the right amount of protection for each life stage. He also supervises all Nautilus advice and support staff.
Cam is devoted to his wife Anna and their three children. An ideal day for the family involves spending time on the water with family and friends.

Cam
Founder & Financial Adviser
Cam has over 25 years’ combined experience across financial and business advice. Before founding Nautilus, he worked for international advisory firms and co-owned an advisory business in Wellington for 10+ years. Cam leads all financial advice at Nautilus with support from a great team.
An ideal day away from work for Cam is getting away on the boat with family and friends. The islands of the Hauraki Gulf are Cam’s happy place, especially walking the beaches and trails. If the weather’s not good, he enjoys the slow pace of preparing & sharing American style BBQ treats.
Clark
Advice & Support Assistant
Clark’s 10+ years of experience as a financial officer includes specialist roles for some of the largest financial institutions in Australasia and the United States. His warm personality and passion for client service are infectious. Clark’s drive to get things done helps Nautilus to deliver great client results.
Since parking up his DJ turntable, Clark now enjoys surf skating and riding his Vespa or Ducati motorbikes. He also enjoys travel and dreams to do more of this in the future. Clark is big on family values and devoted to caring for his mum.
Franz
Advice & Support Administrator
Franz has a degree in accountancy and an eye for detail so she often catches important things that others may miss. Her previous experience with international firms in sales and customer services roles provide a broad base of skills and a quiet confidence. Franz's reliability is a big asset for our team.
Franz enjoys reading books, travelling, and attending concerts. She also values experiences that allow her to explore at her own pace. Recently, Franz began reconnecting with her past hobbies of photography and making videos, rediscovering her love for creativity.
Sharon
Finance Assistant
With a master’s degree in economics, Sharon really knows how the money flows. She loves detail and being organised. Sharon gets great satisfaction from seeing our accounts reconciled at the end of each month and financial reports ready.
Originally also from England, Sharon has been in New Zealand for 25+ years and loves the lifestyle here. She is married with three adult children and has a menagerie of pets including alpacas, pigs and chickens. She also enjoys line dancing in any spare time.
