StudyLink wanted an effectiveness and efficiency review of its Service Delivery Model that administers over $1.4b in allowances and loans to over 200k students every year. Cameron developed a high-level results measurement framework, segmented StudyLink’s customers and developed evaluation criteria, then used these to guide the actual review. The result was a clear summary of current performance and six clear recommendations to deliver better results for students and government that were adopted by StudyLink.
