The Social Policy & Evaluation Research Unit (Superu) had identified a new strategic direction and core product/service portfolio, but delivering on these required a completely new business model. Cameron led the development of a business model work programme, then supported Superu leads to design and implement components of the model with a focus on products/services and external engagement. The result was that Superu successfully introduced 6 new products, and established an account management trial with priority customers.
