The Social Policy & Evaluation Research Unit (Superu) had identified a new strategic direction and core product/service portfolio, but delivering on these required a completely new business model. Cameron led the development of a business model work programme, then supported Superu leads to design and implement components of the model with a focus on products/services and external engagement. The result was that Superu successfully introduced 6 new products, and established an account management trial with priority customers.

“Cameron worked with us on our strategic planning and then on the development of a business model covering customers, products, and processes to help us turn our strategy into action. Cameron’s personal style, strategic thinking ability, ability to help us think, and then turn all of this into practical frameworks is second to none. He worked well with our staff and has helped build their capability at the same time.”
