UNESCO New Zealand

The Ministry of Education wanted to improve the management and operations support that it provided to the UNESCO NZ National Commission. Cameron drew upon strategic documents, interviewed 14 stakeholders, and conducted good practice research on 12 similar organisations in New Zealand and overseas. The work clarified 7 core support functions expected for UNESCO NZ, and identified 13 opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency within current resources.

“I regard Cameron’s work, and his approach and manner, very highly. I would unreservedly recommend him to others. I approached him for this piece of work on the strength of previous work he had done for me, and by which I was impressed.”
Neil Scotts, Senior Manager International Division, Ministry of Education
