Summerset Retirement Villages

 

Summerset had been experiencing growth but wanted to know if it could grow even faster. Cameron co-led a review of all Sales and Marketing Activities at Summerset that identified a wide range of improvement opportunities. Cameron then helped Summerset to progress priority opportunities including mapping customer journeys for customer segments; aligning marketing and sales activities to facilitate these journeys; and specifying the system improvements required to support these changes.

 

These improvements in Summerset’s sales and marketing activities helped the publicly listed company grow revenue by 20% to $54.3m in 2014.
